Due to the perishable nature of our beverages, we cannot accept physical returns of opened or unopened products to ensure food safety. If you are unsatisfied with your order or your shipment arrived damaged, please reach out to our team within 30 days of purchase for a replacement or refund.
Return Process

Snap a quick photo of any damaged cans or the shipping label and have your order number ready for our support team.

Email our soda squad at [email protected] with your details to initiate a claim for a credit or replacement.
- 4.Recycle Your Cans
Once your claim is processed, there is no need to ship anything back; simply toss your empty aluminum cans in the recycling bin.
